The two real estate veterans are successful entrepreneurs in Minnesota who have established strong track records in the real estate community. Kirchert owns River Run Properties, a development company. That company has closed or is in the process of closing more than $130 million in development projects. Pakonen is founder of PAK Properties in 1994, an entrepreneurial real estate company that has reenergized downtown St. Paul, Minnesota with three successful redevelopment projects, including The Lowry, The Rossmor and the Produce Exchange Building.
